By ocqupation is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citiaen of the United States of America: that he was born Martin Berband being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in Generatte Eight on or about the 11 day of a Smith in the year one thousand nine hundred and and emigrated the United States, landing 1500 the to Port of: Mwyork in the State of on or about the of, November A. D. 1897 and that he now resides at No Chapel day Street, in Thomsstow that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that Ammor he has resided continuously within the United States since 1897 and continuously within the State of Connectieut since November 1891 and that said applicant did on the 36 day of, Thator 1900 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Alienstito the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Applicant. dulv sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No chaple Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechand. that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with for admission to the said States, him for to Signature the past the-above-named applicant 1904 years, citizenship to wit, from of United and has known 1 that his is that of occupation Shop and that he resides at No chapel Street, in Thomason that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States State of Connecticut since, January of America since, 1898 and continuously within 1898 1 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawfu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United March 3, 1903.
