to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the

all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis-
belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety
