APPLICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Lock maker By occupation Fightink toss being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the Rbove-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in, Germany on or about the 021 day of, March in the year-one thousand nine hundred and, 1861 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port in the State of, newloud on or about the 27 day of, of, A. D. 1d and that he now resides at No High the of Street, that he hag arrived at age twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously within the United States sing family 29 889 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since, 1889 and that said applicant did on the bruit dav of 1094 all allegiance foreign before the to a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure to any declare Prince, his Potentate, intention State, become Sovereignty the certificate of further the Clerk deposes of said and Court, or whatsoever, etc., as appears by here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Ford e Kinnes No main Street, in Plymours sworn, State of says, Connecticut, and is by duly deposes and that he resides at occupation a Lockmaker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the Six years, to wit, from Alum 1898 and that he resides at No High to gept past 904 that his occupation is that of Rode maker Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since April 1898 and continuously within State of Connecticut since April 1898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same, That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903, Sworn to before me, this SA day Pake of, 1900 I Trumeth ameford FRont Clerk.
