Ganns is Hara being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he the above-named applicant for admission as a in on or about the nine hrundred and 1861 Citizen, 1st of the United day of, July States of merica: that in he the was year born one of Cousend newyork in the State of nework on the 12 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port (day in of, A. D. 892 and that he that now he resides has arrived at No the age of Street, at that he resided continuously within the United States audust since Joyer 892 years; and has continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1901 and that said applicant did the 30 day of October 1900 before the Circuit Court Reuoshia Counly meceisure declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. before this 8 day of. Applicant. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No, Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a shop-haul that he is a citizen of America, and personally acquaint- of the United States ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the to Oar past deu years, to wit, from April 904 that his occupation is that of Shop-hour 894 and that he resides at No. 88p0 Elm Street. in Dalubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of América since Apul 894 rand continuously within State of Connecticut since august 901 and that during the saidêtime of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individials or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
