102 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF / To be Admitted a Citizen machuush of the United States of America. By occupation being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in the Inland above-named applicant opgor about, the 12 day of February in the year one for admission as a Citizen of the United Starts of America; that he was born thousand nire hundred and and emigrated the United States, landing the Port Kevyork in the State of new on or about the so fatagright to at day of, of, June A. D. 1.° and that he now resides at No. Castsede the of Street, that he has arvived at age twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously since Jense so 885 1895 within the United States, and continuously within the State of Connectigut since, and that said applicant did on the 320 day of October 1 before the Districh declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certifica te of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Emil b Morgrafh being dulv sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No main Street, in Caalution State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Jul Rolall that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him Arman wit, from June 1 to 895 for the past and that he resides at Gastsede Street, in to Sept 1904 that his occupation is that of, machnush that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, June June 1895 and continuously within State of Connecticut since, 1995 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March/3 1903.
