109 ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. APPLIGATION OF Nunry Neisw ( To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Farmer, By occupation Hunry Miss being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Sermany on or about the ,day of may in the year one nine hundred and 1862 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port thousand newyoud in the State of newyord on OF, about the day of of Novembor A. D. 1889 and that he now resides at No Bullet Hell Drst Street, Southbury that he has arsived at the age of twenty-one years; that in Normation he has resided continuously within the United States since 1 589 and continuously within the Ammetro 1889 and that said applicant did on the 28 State of Connecticut day of, since before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure an allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with ad- any vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before this 13th Oct me, .day of. 19. hinford of Root Clerk. Henry Weire Applicant. being dulv styorn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Chapping Dist. Street, in Doulhbury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Diputphere that he is a and personally acquaint- him citizen of the United States of America, ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has, known for the past Thu years, to wit, from luge 1894 to Oct. 1904 that his occupation is that of Farmer and that he resides at No Bullet Hill seak Street, in Southbury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Jan Jain 894 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1894 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3 1903.
