138 ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Shop Band Domeweo Salvalm being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of Ameriça that he was born on or about the 14 day of March in the year one in thougand nine hundred and 1874 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newy onlo in the State of neurord on or about the 30 day of, march A. D. 1897 and that he now resides at No moran Street, in Walnbury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that march he has resided continuously within the United States (sinee 1 897 and continuously within, the State of Connectieut since march 1 897 and that said applicant did on the 20 District of Matubury day January 899 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Applicant. 614 Source Street, being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at occupation a, Partic No, in, Walubuy State of Connecticut, and is by that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past In years, to wit, from July 1 898 to (Olis his occupation is that of shophaud and that he resides at No. moraw Street, in Walebury that he personally knows that has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America and the applicant within since the State, he has behaved 848 as a man and of 898 that good during moral and the continuously character, said time within of his State of Connecticut since residence within the United States attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved Margh 3, 1903. 15th Oah Sworn to before me, this day of.
