D. 1896 and that he now resides at No are Street 12 Park day in Walnbury that he has (arrived at the age of twenty-one years: that he has resided continuously within the United States since July 1 continuously within the State of Connecticut Fisince 1 89land that said applicant did on the day of, bleevin 898 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the eertificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therem. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903. this 15th Car day Sworn to before 19 me, charles Ruches Hoot Clerk.
