Antonio APPLIOATION Irpandi OF, To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Antonio Inpaldi By ogéupation shophaud being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is in the Italy above-named applicant for on or, admission about the as a Citizen, 300 of the United day of States of America; that in he the was year born one thousand nine hundred and 1867 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newart in the State of, newyork on or abort the 19th day of Decembers D. 1895 and that he now resides at N6.6 seffey in (balubeury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since Dicember 898 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Do 1898 and that said applicant did on the 22 dav of, Ogt, 1900 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any Destrict abut of nalutoury foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says. that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Domoneas Maufadi being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 10 Walmuh Street, in nahibuy State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Bar runder that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for to the 904 , that his years, occupation wit, is from that of, December Shophaed 1898 Two to that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- and that he resides at No. 16gaffny in Walubuy diction of the United States of America singe December 888 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Arcember 898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unla wful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March,3, 1903.
