By ocgapation Rubbribution Deplring being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he 19 the above-named applicant 1518 of United day of Depand Stafes of America apul that in he the born one for admission as a Citizen the ; "was in, on or about the year thousand nine hundred and 1884 emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, of, glover newyork in the State of, newyoud on or about the day A. D. 1 892 and that he now resides at No 23ath mam Street, in Naugatuck that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within, the-United States since 30 of Sept, getrick 1895 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 1892 and that said applicant did on the before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign common Pleas day for Come Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 15th Oct, Sworn to before this day of. 19. me, beinford of Root Clerk. Anthony Magotas being dulv sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Wrst mountain Street, in A State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Fanurn that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known July him for to the pasta Oar 125 years, to wit, from 1892 1 90A that his occupation is that of Pubbu Corker and that he resides at No. 130 No mani Street. in A that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the Timits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, 1892 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1 895 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty. necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved Margh 3, 1903.
