Paul OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Paul C By Glergyman Leucker being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is above-named for admission as a Citizen of the United States/of America; that he was born in the applicant on 1894 or about the, day of in the Genuary year one thousand nine hundred and in the State of newyork on or about the USL - and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newyork of A. D. 1896 and that he now resides at No. Street, day in Wasnbury that he has arrivedhat the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since Deph 1 896 contingously within the State of Connecticut eince did/on the 49th Sept 1 896and that said applicant Court day of Ot before the declare his intention Decome a citizen of the United States and renowirce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Gustafat yourle being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 28 Secondare Street, in Walebuy State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past Oct call years, to wit, from Leph 1896 and to that he resides at Ave &treet, in 904 that his occupation is that telephone of, that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, sept 886 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Sept 1896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
