189 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. Louis APPLICATION Witshuller OF To be Admitted a Citizen beacher of the United States of America. Leurs By occupation Altshuller being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboxe-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Russea on or about the 20 day of may in the year one thousand nine hundred and 1861 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, newyoud in the State of newyork on or about the Zo day in of, A. D. 1 and that he that now he resides has arrived at No at of the Hawkus age of twenty-one years; Street, that he has resided continuously within the United States singe MenJuly 1892 and continuously within, the State of Connecticut since, 1 896 and that said applicant did on the stav of 899 before the declare to become a citizen of the United States and renounce all allegiance to any foreign his intention and abrute Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certicicate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Louis Altshure Applicant. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No, 14150 Elew Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the pas light years, to wit, from Oct to Oct 1896 90A that his occupation is that of, lolother and that he resides at No. 7 Hacokins Street, in Watebury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, Clin 1896 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Oct 1 896and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
