198 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF To be Admitted a Citizen Farmer, of the United States of America. By ocqugiation Beaunar Peter being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is for admission a Citizen of the United States of America, that he was born in the on or about the as 5 day of Clue in the year one thousand nine hundred and 1866 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyorld A. D. in 1080 the State and of that newyork he now resides at No. on II About the s town Strect, day of may Sunney in Matebriuga that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 1 888 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1 88fand that said applicant did Superior of Oct, 1898 before thez declare on the Court day for Litchfuld and County all to his intention to become a citizen of the United States and tenounce abjure allegiance any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Emil mam Street, in No occupation a Rev Collector that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and Marynest Walulorn State of Connecticut, and is by being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at personally acquaint- ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for to the past Celer his years, occupation to wit, is from that of, Starmer 1090 and that he resides at No Diensy tom Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America singe Oct 1898 State of Connecticut since, Och and continuously within 1 898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unla wful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensin the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
