By being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he the above-named for admission Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born is in Dali applicant on or about the as a 20 day fulu in the year one thousand of newyork the State of newyour on or about nine hundred and 1875 and emigrated United States, landing 154 fat the Port day of Dept A. D. 1849 and that he now resides at No Street, in nengature that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuodsly within the United States since, Deph 894 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Sept. 1 544 and that said applicant did on the J3 day of, Oct. the District declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 22 of Oct. oday aniford Root Clerk. 19. Domenications Applicant. Chaeles Erries being duly -sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 39 High Street, in bangaluck State of Connecticut, and is by occupation that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-munted applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past. Vest years, to wit, from Jefg 899 to lear 9P4 that his occupation is that of and that he resides at Street. in (balubury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Sept State of Connecticut since, Deph 1899 and continuously within 1 599and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
