APPLICA ATION OF Adomas Kubilis To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Factory Hand adomas Kubilian being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboye-named at oligant, for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Russia bolans on or about the 5th day of December the year one thousand time 1869 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, man new your in the State of, new york on or about the 20 day of, writersea A. and that he now resides at No 168 Bank Street, in writing that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since July guty may - 1890 and 1888 and that said applicant did the d. day af, 887 before (the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States any foreign on Court of Common Pleas Settyngkill and renounce County and abjure Pennsylvania all allegiance to Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he ad- vocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of anyother organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Riverside Street, in Walebum State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Bar Jender that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- ed with the above-named rpplicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States and has known him for the past six November 903 that his occupation is that of, factory I hand years, to wit, from august 1 897 to and that he resides at No 768.Bank Street. in Watering that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since, State of Connecticut since august august 1999 and continuously within 1897 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his resi- dence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organ- ized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character. nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
