By oceppation Tool maker. 1 Theodor Dorker being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is Gerualy about the citizens day of apul in the year therabove-named applicant for admission as a the United States of América: that he was born in on or one thousand hundred Enginy and emigrated to the United States, anding at the Port of trurious eight and the State of America on or about the day of may A D. 1 and that he now resides at No 536 Jaree Street, in he has resided continuously within the United States (since Waterbary that he has arrived naip at the age of twenty-one 1 8.00 years; that and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1 895 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," Sworn to approved before me, March this 20 3. 1903. day of. Septembera Theodor Duher Applicant. aurilius Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 305 Bank Street, in (balubury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Beer Baller that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-oamed applicant for admission to citizenship of the _said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit: From may 1 895 to. and that he resides at No. 536 Iam Street, in Waterbary Deplimber his occupation is thatgof tool maker. that he personally knows that the applicant Nas resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since may 1895 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may ggt That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
