By occupation metal stamber colum being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above nam to applicant for admissid as a Citizen of the United States of América; that he was born in reland .on or about the 1-0 day of april in the year one thousand eight hundred anda of masp new for in the State of unyno at No on or about Baldwrn the za lightent and emigrated to the United States. landing at the Port day of A D. 1900 and that he now resides Street, in Walisting that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since may may 900 1900 and Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. John Kickey Applicant being ,duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Street, in occupation a previous that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and wathering State of Connecticut, personally and is by acquainted with the above-named applieanti for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him fon the past swenty more years, to wit: From that he September resides at No 763 906 Baldwork that his ocçupation Street, is thatjof in waterburry metal stamples ansis 1 883 to and that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Mary 1900 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may 1960 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of enghteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
