APPLIGATION OF Dennes hahmey ) To be Admitted a Citizen ) of the United States of America. By occupation spin hand ) tennis Mahney being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Cluzen of the United States of América; that he was born in on or about the 25 of sic day in the year one thousand eight, hundred and 79 Port of in the State of try and emigrated to the United States, landing at the on or about the 20 day of may matery A D. 1 891 and that he now resides at No 488 Buldein Street, in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 1841 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 1 841 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. A Dinnis Reane Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No458 Baldim Street, in naturally State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a shoh hand that he is a citizen ofthe United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the $aid nixed States, and has known him for the past. 28 years, to wit: From Javiy 11878 to Dept 1 906 that his occupation is that of spart hand and that he resides at No 49 8 Baldrin Street, in naturary that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since may 1841 and continuously within State of Connecticut since may 1891 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of elghteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled 'An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
