MINOR'S APPLICATION TO the Honorable Superior Court, Now in session at Pulnam in and for the County of Windham Henry Therrien now resident at Killingly in said County, respectfully represents that he was born in Canada the 11 " day of December A. D. 1866, and is now about 30 years of age ; and that he arrived at Face River. on or about the / 8 day of sept A. D. 873, being then a minor under 1 the age of eighteen years; that it was then, ever since has been, and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly Inven rictoria to of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland whose subject he has heretofore been. AND THE SAID Henry Therrien further represents, that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States ; that he has never borne any hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance and to State to Duren fidelity every foreign Prince, Potentate, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly Nictoria of of the United Kingdom Great Britain, Ireland whose subject he has heretofore been; that he is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. WHEREUPON, he prays that he may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States of America, ac- cording to the forms of the Statute in such case made and provided.
