and that he resides at No. 105 Wallon

that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and
under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since march 27th 1899 and continuously within the
State of Connecticut since much 27th 1894 and that during the said time of his residence within the United
States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed or believes, the
applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization
entertaining or teaching such belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or
propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the gov-
ernment of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of
the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved
March 3, 1903.

that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since march 27 a
1899, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since much 27
1899 and that said applicant did
before a Clerk of a Court of Common Law jurisdiction named in the said act of April 14, 1802, two years prior hereto declare his
intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and
Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the
identical
person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized
government,
nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all
organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer

of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits
and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said Acts required, and it appearing to the Court
that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is
Ordered by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America.
