STATE OF CONNECTICUT ss. COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN: 10 BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 26th day of mar ch A. D. 1853, before me Robtab Osborn Clerk of the County Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, michael me Comuch of Poheshire in said County, who was born in Ireland aged about 38 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereiguty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
