D. 185 before me Clerk of the Courts Superin g Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, of new Haven Include aged about 26 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his in said County, who was born in intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--Ir TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, and Seal the Court, day year aforesaid. of said Reference the and Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand Clerk.
