374 STATE OF CONNECTIOUT, COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN: 3 ss. 10 BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 28" day of September A. D. 1865, before me, anthum D. Ostore Clerk of the County Superior Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, John when of Branford in said County, who was born in Ireland aged about 50 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, arthur D.O. Octome Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid. auther D. become, Clerk. STATE OF OONNECTIOUT D } SS. Marks of new Howen in said County, who was born in intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and England aged about 29 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject,-In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Arthund Ob bone, Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
