419 STATE OF CONNECTIOUT SS. COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN: way 10 BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 23% day of October A. D. 1868, before me, Ar their D. Osborne, Clerk of the County Superior Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, Anthony Me Nulty, of Wallingford in said County, who was born in Ireland, aged about 55 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Arthur D. Ostorne, Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid. Athen D. Books Clerk. STATE OF CONNDOTICUT SS.
