D. 1870, before me Arthur D Osborne Clerk of the County Superior d, Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, Samuel Wiseman n of Guilfard in said County, who was born in is >il England aged about 37 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his d intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and n fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen I, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Aither D Osborne Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
