in said County, who was born in

about 49 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his
intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and
fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--I: TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I,

Jumaica West Indires aged about 34 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his
intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and
fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever--and particularly to Victoria, Queen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.-In TESTIMONY, WHEREOF, I,
Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand
and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
