462. STATE OF CONNECTIOUT ss. COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN: 10 BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 11th day of March A. D. 18$1, before me Alether D Osbarne Clerk of the County Superior Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, Fredeich Emery of Seymour in said County, who was born in England aged about 49 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--I: TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Alethur D Osbarne Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid. D. 1837, before me Arthur D Osbarne Clerk of the Gounty Sheperior Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, of Seymour in said County, who was born in Jumaica West Indires aged about 34 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever--and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.-In TESTIMONY, WHEREOF, I, Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
