D. 188/ , before me Ast Clerk of the Gounty Stepherice Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, Thomas Bynne of Duby in said County, who was born in Ireland aged about years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Ast Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
