12 STATE OF CONNECTIOUT, SS. COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN: war BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 27th day of October A. D. 1852, before me Robt d6. Oabonn Clerk of the County Court, within and for said County, having Common Law jurisdiction with a Clerk, and a Seal, personally appeared, Michael Mcannagan of new taber in said County, who was born in Ireland aged about 28 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.--IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my hand and day year Robert 86 Osborn Clerk.
