BE IT REMEMBERED, That on

appeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and made
samel Cunningham of Naterbary m said County
application to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,
and this Court found to their satisfaction that

is a free white male
person of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland,

that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever
to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom
of Great Britain and Ireland,
as by appear. And the said Daniel Cunning have
the Records of said Court
now here
in this Court declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every for-
eign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Ireland,
of whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of Amer-
ica. Wherefore the said Daniel Cunringham
is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared
to be a Citizen of the United States of America.

County, who was born in Ireland

years, and on Oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a
OILIZEN OF THIS U NITED STATES and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign
Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Ireland,
of whom he is now a subject.
In Testimony Whereof, I, Rithle Orborn
Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my
hand and the Seal of said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
