D. 1851.\nkehmane of wandbird in said\nBE IT REMEMBERED, That on the 26th day of march in said year faceb\nappeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and made\napplication to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,\nand this Court having found to their satisfaction that the said fresh Reheare\nis a free white male\nperson of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Viotoria, Quoo of the United Kingdom of Groat Britain and Iroland,\nthe and doweigng of Susterland\nthat he is now of the age of\n27\nyears, that he was born in disiterland\nin said\nthat he has resided in the United States constantly for more than five years last past, and in said State of Connecti-\neut for more than one year last past, and that he has during all said time behaved himself as a good citizen, has a good moral\ncharacter, and is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and\nhappiness of the same. It also appearing to this-Court that said facol Selenamen did,\npursuant\nta the laws the appear\nof United States before the arrived in the United state\nAmerica before attaining to the age of eigliteece years and\nHerel he hea continued to levidatherin thened litters\nke round here on oath declared Member there years lasthast\nit has been and rood is\non the\ndayo\nA D 18\nthe same boing + Court of Record with Common taw Jurisdiction, et Clerk and e Seal, and on Oath did declare\nthutitwas bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever\nto every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Viotoria, Quoon of the United Kingdom\nof Great Britain and Ireland\nthe Republic and Sovereignty of suitral\nus by the Records of suid\nCourt appoar. And the said Jacob Jehnord.\nnow here\nin this Court declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every for-\neign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Viotoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great\nBritain and Ireland\nthe Republic and Sovering my\nof whom he is now a subject, and he also declares, on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United States of Amer-\nica.\nWherefore the said pacob Jehnson\nis hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared\nto be a Citizen of the United States of America.\nSTATE OF CONNECTIOUT,\n}\nss.\nCOUNTY OF NEW HAVEN:\nBE on\nIT REMEMBERED, an That clush the other and day of April\nbefore\nme\nJone\nCourt, within and for said County, having Common Law Jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a\ncemily\nA. D. 18457)\nn\nSeal, personally appeared,\ntough Rothichild of must new\nof\nin said County, who was born in Barania\naged about\n34\nyears, and on Oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a\nOITIZIN OF THES U NITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign\nPrince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great\nBritain\nand Ireland, the legicly constituted authority of Bannie\nof whom he is now a subject.\nIn Testimony Whereof, I, June Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand and the Seal of said Court, the day and year aforesaid."
