appeared before said Court, the same being a Court of Record, with Common Law Jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal, and made
application to said Court to become a Citizen of the United States: And upon examination first had, it being made to appear,

person of lawful age, an alien and a subject of Viotoria, Quoo of the United Kingdom of Groat Britain and Iroland,
