has been, and now is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity forever to every Foreign Prince, Poten-
tate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on Oath, that he doth absolutely and entirely renounc?
and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on Oath, that he will support the Constitution of the United
