State of Connecticut, COUNTY OF NEW LONDON. games Judsh Insurelty I Success Citizens of the United States, and residents of being duly sworn, say that the mey an well acquainted with the above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the continuous term of fine years immediately preceding the 15th day of Colotics 18 st, and in the State of Connecticut for the term of from years immediately preceding the 15th day of Celiter 1888 and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said say United deponent further. , that the said applicant( came to the States while he was of minor, gender they age of 18 years, and that he is now more than 21 yeays of age.
