New London, in the State of Connecticut, on the first Tuesday of October
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty - mine

Be it Remembered, That
Hurry Doombres
of graton
in the County of new Londow
but late of the Kingdom of
Belqium
appeared before
the Court of Common Pleas for said County of New London, at
New London
in said County, on the sevench day of Decender in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine , the said Court being a Court of
Record, having common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal, and declared on oath that it was
bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance
and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty, whatever, and particularly to the
Government of Bilgium
State of Connectiont, County of New London, SS.

of the Court of Common Pleas for said County of New London, do hereby
certify that the foregoing is a true copy of Record.
Given under my hand and seal of office, this sevenleuth day
