IN THE MATTER OF Age, 21 yor Balm P. Residence, On his application to become a citizen of the United States. Place of Birth, Sylar State of Connecticut, COUNTY OF NEW LONDON, Citigens of the United States, and residents of being duly sworn, say that he well acquainted with the above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the continuous term of 7 years immediately preceding the 16= day of for 1899 and in the State of Connecticut for the term of 7 years immediately preceding the 10 day of in 189 7 and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
