Court of Common Pleas, within and for the County of Washington, in the State aforesaid,
being a Court of Record, and on oath made the following Declaration
:
I, William H. Parker
of
Stomington
in the County of New Sondon
and State aforesaid, on oath declare
of Connecticut
that l was born in England in the year 18 39 and
arrived in the United States in the year 1890
that it is BONA-FIOE my intention to become a
GITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES,
and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, State or
sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria Reuen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom I am a subject ; so help
me God.
