Citizens of the United States, and residents of mentalle
being duly sworn, say that they are
well acquainted with the above named
applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the
continuous term of fine
years immediately preceding the 20 day of
October
1990 and in the State of Connecticut for the term
of five years immediately preceding the 20 day of Celobus 90
and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the
principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and
happiness of the same.
And the said deponents further say , that the said applicant came to the United
States while he was a minor, under the age of 18 years, and that he is now more than
21 years of age.
