State of Connecticut, COUNTY OF NEW LONDON. } Human Jany Citizens of the United States, and residents of nonea being duly sworn, say that + hey an well acquainted with the above named applicant, and that the said applicant has resided within the United States for the continuous term of 13 years immediately preceiling the 27 day of Oction 1890, and in the State of Connecticut for the term of 13 years immediately preceding the 27 day of Octric 890 and that during that time he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United Stutes, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said deponent further say , that the said applicant came to the United Wallest States while he was a minor, under the age of 18 years, and thut he is now more than 21 years of age.
