ARTS, MONUMENTS AND ARCHIVES TEAM
24 HOUR CHECK LIST
1. Locate cultural structures, collections of art treasures,
repositories, collections of archives and records from
official lists and from intelligence reports received.
2. Make inspections of the above.
3. Render report of condition.
4. Take necessary securi ty measures.
5. Locate superintendonts, directors, custodians and other
specialist personnel.
6. Contact tactical and sorvice unit commenders regarding
military use of cultural structures if presently used
for such purposes.
7. Report wanton damage and looting.
8. Emergency restoration needed.
9. Make an estimate of the si tuation.
