THE PRESIDENT: It would be safe to say that I hope to within two or three weeks. Q Doesn't this managed currency scheme of ours result in permanent stabilization of the dollar at any time at any fixed rate? THE PRESIDENT: I don't know; that is a trick. It depends again on the definition of the word "stabili- zation". Q I mean fixing the dollar at a fixed price in relation to other countries. THE PRESIDENT: I don't know.
