I am transmitting to you the color video-
cassette in the case of U.S.A. V. Fromme,
U.S.D.C., Eastern District of California,
S-75451. The cassette was sealed by
Judge T. J. MacBride and it is not to be
released to anyone except on order of the
Court. It is now being turned over to you
for inclusion in the sensitive materials
of the President to be transmitted to the
Archivist of the United States as part of
the President's historical materials.
