Many steps have been taken to help alleviate this situation. We are pleased to say the Club cur- rently is operating in the black and negotiations are underway for the out right purchasing of your Club. To further help us in solving our problem for the purchase of the building, President and Mrs. Ford and Vice President and Mrs. Rockefeller have graciously agreed to be with us for a fund raising reception on the evening of September 10, 1975 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Club. We are limiting the number of tickets to 300 at $1000 each. Each ticket will admit one couple (any two people). This is not a political campaign contribution in any manner, but a donation to your Club. Since we are limiting the number of tickets, we are informing you as a Club member of this affair five days prior to others. We will accept donations on a first come first serve basis.
