Attached are several suggested menus for the March
22nd luncheon. In addition to Henry's suggestions I
have added a crepe menu.
They are expecting a maximum of 25 people to attend
this luncheon. Clem, of course, has all sorts of
ideas as to where it should be held including the
second floor Family Dining Room and the Yellow Oval
Room. I would like to suggest we keep the luncheon
on the State Floor. It is understandable these
particular people would be interested in seeing the
Yellow Oval Room it certainly could be arranged
before or after the luncheon.
This also is the day Mrs. Engelhard had suggested
to Susan Porter might be a good time to get together
with you. Would you like Susan to set something up
prior to the luncheon?
