Mr. Cannon:
Dick Guay, whom you met and agreed to see at one of
the Baroody briefings, called regarding his appointment
to see you. Mr. Guay (pronounced "gay") and the
President of his company, Wheelabrator-Frye, Mr. Hal
McCormick would like to see you for 1/2 hour to discuss
foreign techniques for synthetic fuels, proven technology.
Mr. Schleede has never heard of Mr. Guay.
