STATEMENT BY HOUSE MINORITY LEADER GERALD R. FORD, R-MICHIGAN
The tragic mass murder in Austin, Texas, calls for immediate
state and federal action to tighten up on the sale of firearms. A
legislative solution can and must be found without violating the rights
of responsible citizens.
