Make a plea for a business-government partnership to rebuild the cities
of America and launch new job-creating industries in the
ghetto areas. You might, in this connection, welcome Bobb Kennedy to the club
and note that he is now espousing what Republicans have been advocating
for
a
long time--ts incentives to promote the establishment of new
industries
in
the ghetto sections of our citiesxx and to provide on-the-Hob training
for
the hard-core unemployed or the underemployed.
To
Wind up with t he Edmund Burke quotation that "All that is necessary for
the forces of evil to win in the world is for enough good men to do nothing."
