I do realize the scheduling\nproblem involved, but I think it would be extremely beneficial to\nthe President and the Party if he could be present for the signing.\nI would be happy to come to the Capitol or White House for the signing\nif this is necessary. My schedule can be adjusted to meet at any time.\nI think Senators Bartlett and Bellmon might want to be present also.\nThe Cherokee Nation consists of over 100,000 Cherokees in every state\nin the Union.
