When the President is not occupying his office, he would like you
to be able to escort your guests into the Oval Office and the Cabinet
Room for viewing. Your name has been placed on a clearance list
with the Officer outside the President's Office.
Please remember that the President frequently leaves reports
and documents on his desk and you are responsible for the integrity
of these papers when you have guests in his office. If you have
questions regarding this procedure please do not hesitate to contact
me.
