MAZER Mr. Michael Duval The White House Washington, D.C. 20500 Dear Mike: Enclosed is a very quick review of organizations, special interest groups and individuals who, in my opinion, could support the President either from an economic, ethnic or patriotic or personal appeal. I can elaborate easily on any of them, but we need to work quickly but properly. One quick thought. The President was and is a great athlete. This bunbling business is a bunch of junk. He could easily establish a public rapport with outstanding athletes from any field. In particular, football which is our greatest spectator sport. This has not been done other than the All-Star Game (which was great). Please give me a call and let's discuss. Many thanks. Personal regards. Sincerely, FORD is LIBRARY GERALD Henry C.
