THE WHITE HOUSE
TO THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:
In accordance with the provisions of Title X of
the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act
of 1974 (Public Law 93-344), I am transmitting supple-
mentary reports that revise eleven deferral reports
sent to the Congress in September and October of this
year. I am also transmitting herewith reports on
eight new deferrals for the fiscal year 1975.
Details of these deferrals are contained in the
reports attached to this message.
