NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President today announced his intention to renominate three
persons. They are:
John L. Briggs, of Florida, to be U.S. Attorney for the
Middle District of Florida.
Ronald T. Knight, of Georgia, to be U.S. Attorney for
the Middle District of Georgia.
Earl J. Silbert, of the District of Columbia, to be
U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
The Senate failed to take action on these nominations prior to the
sine die adjournment of the Senate on December 20, 1974.
