NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President today designated Clyde S. DuPont, of Virginia, to be
Chairman of the Postal Rate Commission. He replaces Fred B.
Rhodes who resigned effective December 30, 1974.
Mr. DuPont was named Acting Chairman by the President on January
14, 1975. He was appointed to the Postal Rate Commission on
September 20, 1974.
